Britney Spears on February 11, 2012 arriving to the Clive Davis and Recording Academy’s 2012 Pre-GRAMMY Gala and Salute to Industry Icons Honoring Richard Branson held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Britney looked hot wearing a sexy black low-cut dress for the event. She wore her long blonde hair pulled back on the sides with long bouncy curls hanging down her back.

Britney Spears is engaged to her longtime boyfriend Jason Trawick. He proposed on his 40th birthday! The pop princess tweeted, “OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I’ve been waiting for. Can’t wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo.” She posted a photo of herself wearing her engagement ring on Tumblr and commented that she couldn’t stop looking at it.
